Jewelry Care

Some metals, such as silver and copper, will darken over time and with exposure to the elements. To slow down this process you can store all Vermentos in an airtight container when not in use. This natural patina can be removed with a jewelry polishing cloth or embraced as is.

Like all jewelry, your Vermento could be damaged or discolored by lotions, sprays and chemicals.

Vermento jewelry is delicate and is not intended for young children.

 

Gift Orders

Upon request I can mail a Vermento directly to a gift recipient. Please enter their name and address when you place your order. Your item will ship in a jewelry box in a chiffon pouch with a gift receipt (no pricing info). If you wish to leave a personal message, please include that info as well.

 

Shipping

Your Vermento will ship via USPS First Class Mail. All orders over $100 ship for free. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to make your item before your item ships. In-stock items will usually ship faster. Please contact me to find out if an item you want is available to ship right away.

 

Exchanges/Refunds

I do accept exchanges and refunds, with the exception of personalized items, special orders and sale items. There is a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact me at amy@vermentos.com. 

 

Damage, Issues and Repairs

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

I offer free repairs on all items within 1 year of purchase that may occur as the result of natural wear and tear. After this, and for cases of accidents/misuse, I reserve the right to charge a small fee.

 

Alterations

In the case that chain lengths and ring sizes may need to be adjusted, I offer this service free of charge. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. If you have any questions about length/size, please contact me before placing your order and I will do my best to provide you with tips and tricks for selecting the best option.
